• While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates ahead of festive occasions like Raksha Bandhan, delivery timelines may be subject to courier delays, weather conditions, or local transit disruptions beyond our direct control.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact number to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

• Special pricing, customized designs, and minimum order quantities apply to bulk purchases.

• Bulk order confirmations, advance payment terms, and custom production timelines are finalized individually via email communication at joharibykv@gmail.com.

6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at joharibykv@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the package and product to initiate a replacement.

• Festive / Seasonal Policy: Due to the seasonal and time-sensitive nature of festive products, cancellations are only accepted prior to shipment dispatch.
